ScooterBike Sports (SCB 7.0)
The Bike
The "Sports (SCB 7.0)" is a ScooterBike "Made
in Germany" with the tradition and style only associated
with the automobile industry. Equipped with a "State of
the Art" 14-Speed Rohloff or the wonderful new 8-speed
Nexus from Shimano internal hub and Magura hydraulic disc brakes,
this bike was the hit of the Las Vegas "Interbike".
It's built for speed with it's aerodynamic seat, slick tires
and 8 or 14 gears, but the braking system makes stopping just
as easy. Enjoy the looks of envy, the cries of jealousy and
be the "King of your Block" with this bike! Like a
Porsche, if you need to ask the price - you cannot afford this
bike !!!
The Concept
The ScooterBike - SCB - represents a new class of vehicle for city mobility.
The strong points of the ScooterBike concept are, on the one
hand, its simplicity and on the other, its reliability. The
ScooterBike design is in every way practical and stylish. Elegant,
flowing lines lend this bike its unique, harmonious form.
The Riding
The ScooterBike embodies a vehicle concept that is both safe and comfortable and that people intuitively find easy to handle. Handlebars, pedals, gear shifters, rearview mirror and front wheel are all within your range of vision. The comfortable broad-surfaced saddle allows a relaxed sitting position from which it is easy to keep a close watch on the traffic situation. To stop, all you have to do is take one foot from the pedal and set it on the ground from a seated position. The brakes and gearing are practically maintenance-free and child's play to operate.
